I don’t know about you but the DALS house is pumped for this premiere. (“The contestants may be small, but the challenges are huuuuge….”) Add some homemade Stromboli and we’ve got ourselves a Friday night.
PS: For no good reason, I’m giving away a copy of Dinner: A Love Story today. Leave a comment before tonight (Friday, September 27) at 8:00 ET, and you are eligible to win. Update: Keely (#9) is our winner. Thanks for playing everyone!
I bought the kindle book, but now I think it would be much more useful to have a physical copy
I’m new to your website, but I really love it–I bet the book is great!
I just recently found your blog, and I love it! I’d love to win a copy of the book.
I would be thrilled to have the book. I search your website for ideas all of the time. Would love to have a hard copy of the book.
I asked for your book for my birthday, but no dice. Maybe I’ll have more luck with a random drawing than my carefully curated wish list!
Really hoping that today is my lucky day — my family has loved everything I’ve made from your website. I think they would be just as thrilled with the cookbook as I would be. Thanks!!
I’m also a newer reader of your blog. Would love your book!
New to the site but enjoying it so far!
I love your book! Of COURSE I already have a copy, so if I win, I get to make someone else very happy!!!
Just so you know. I have PINED after your book since it came out. I have asked for it on every birthday, mother’s day, Christmas, etc. The kids were going to get it this Mother’s Day but when they got to BAM, they were OUT. So, FINALLY, I ordered it FOR MYSELF Monday. It’ll be here tomorrow. I can’t promise I won’t cocoon and read it from “civer-to-civer” (as my mom would say). I’m SO STOKED.
My eleven year old son would love to be on this show. Thursdays is his night to cook and he looks forward to it. Last night was salmon, rice and broccoli. He chose the salmon recipe online and did everything, with a little supervision. The mess is incredible, but the confidence is worth it. And the dinner was tasty!
TGIF! And thanks for the dinner idea – it looks like stromboli it is here, too!
My husband and I just closed on our new house on Wednesday – it’s a place where we hope to start a family and cook many, many fantastic dinners. A copy of DALS would be a great housewarming gift!
Love the blog, love the recipes, and love the Jenny-Andy banter. And Burrito Bowls and Stromboli have made it to the top of my kids’ request lists – displacing hot dogs! Thank you!
wish the winner could be in Canada. We aren’t a state but we’re friendly to y’all 🙂
If I win the book I’m giving it to my sister who is in dire need of a kick in the cooking pants! But, of course, I’m going to read it myself first!
I have checked your book out from the library so many times!
I’m a new fan of DALS and would love a copy of the book!
I love your blog! Every recipe I’ve tried has been a hit. We’ve made the Stromboli a dozen times.
I love your blog! I recommend your blog to all my friends (most of which don’t have kids). I started reading years before we had our son. He’s 16 months now and always hungry, so new meal ideas from your book would be wonderful!
Your cookbook is on my wish list!
After watching Ramsay, Joe and Graham’s kids on the “real” master chef, I sort of hope they return to be judges or something.
Also, I’d love a copy of that book!
make dinner not war
thanks for putting it out there: small things like cooking and sharing food with each other is a big thing
I found your book at the library one day and fell in love with it. It was entertaining, insightful…and the recipes were great. Would love to have the book for myself!
I am excited about this show too! I have been watching the Rachel vs. Guy kids cookoff on Food Network and that one is pretty good. Winning your cookbook would be awesome!
Yes, please! We cook from the blog on a weekly basis, but still haven’t pulled the trigger on the cookbook 🙂
We will be watching Master Chef Junior too- my 12 year old loves cooking and cooking shows.
Also, your book rocks. I borrowed it from our library but knew just a few pages into it that it was going on my “to own” list. I fell in love with it from the beginning and have told so many people about it. I would love to win a copy!
I am consistently delighted and inspired by your blog. I’ve had the cookbook on my Amazon wishlist since it came out, but no takers yet! Alas, right now we are in a 1 (public health) income, 1 student + 2 kids in daycare, so no discretionary spending, so I’d LOVE to win a copy of your book. But, the 1 student is about to be done, so it’s first on the list when there are 2 incomes again!
my plan for tonight was pizza, but i think i’ll just roll it up like a giant joint & make stromboli.
would love a copy of your book ♥
I’d love to win!
Love both the book and website-it would be great to win a copy!
My 9 year old is excited about MasterChef Jr. too. I’d love a copy of your book.
I would LOVE a copy of DALS, and my girls are going to love this show, too. What a great message for kiddos.
Happy Friday! Crossing my fingers. 🙂
I love DALS and would adore a copy of the cookbook!
I also bought the kindle book, but I would loooove a hard copy (although the kindle book is great to cook from on a tablet!)
I would LOVE to win a copy of DALS. I own it on my Kindle, but would love to have a paper version since I use it so very often!
I love your blog, and would use the book every week to plan our family dinners. Thanks for doing such a fun give away today!
What a great idea for a show– teach little guys that cooking is fun and important!
I would love to give this to my new-mom friend! I use the recipes in my copy so frequently and happily.
Hi – love the blog!
I would love a copy of the book! 🙂
I’m a huge fan of your blog and I would love the book!
I love your blog, and your message. I would love to win!
My daughters (ages 8 & 9) are SO excited for tonight. Watching Masterchef together is one of our guilty pleasures so when they learned of MC Junior, you can only imagine the screams of pure joy! I’ve already mapped out a plan to use this as a way to get them into the kitchen with more even more!
I have checked this out from the library so many times I would be thrilled (as would my librarians) to have it. I read it out loud to my hubby and it just warms our souls.
Thank you for all you do.
Thank you for the chance! I borrowered your book from the library & read it cover to cover, but I would love to own a copy & make more of the recipes.
Just finished reading my library copy, but would love to have it on hand for anytime inspiration!
Can’t wait to watch my girls!
This copy would be a gift for my nephew and his wife. They live in Brooklyn and I’d love for them to attend one of your book signing events!
Oooh! Nothing more exciting than a new cookbook!
Woohoo, random Friday giveaway!
I have been working in kids food marketing for the past 8 years and I think I may just want to start up a business with you 🙂
Pick me! Pick me! Pick me PLEASE!
I have been quite intrigued by the ads for that show too!
I would love to have a copy of your book. I use Time for Dinner all the time.
Your book would be the perfect book to break my non-reading bad habit of late!
I love your site, so I’m sure I’d love your book!
I would love a copy of your book! I loved reading it the first time!
I enjoy (and use!) DALS. I’d give this copy to a young family I know. (Thanks for so many great dinners!)
Would love my own copy. I’m sure the other patrons of the library would appreciate a turn at the book.
Stromboli?!?! YES PLEASE. Maybe I could read your book while I eat it?
I used to love junior master chef when I lived in Australia. so excited!
I’d love to win a copy of your book. Your pomegranate pork braise helped my rekindle my kitchen mojo recently. I really appreciate it.
Would love to win this one! I promise ot put it to good use 😀
I’d love a copy of your cookbook! Thanks for the great site. Tonight I’m making your pulled chicken recipe for 10, including 4 kids!
No Good Reason Celebrations are the best kind! But – if I won a copy of your book we would have a reason to celebrate (and I like those too)!
I am just as excited about Master Chef Junior– I love the “Whip like a man!” girl. Clear winner in my book.
My library doesn’t have your book, and I’ve been wanting to read it since it came out!
i have the kindle book but the actual book might be nice 🙂
Pick me 🙂 Love your recipes and can do attitude towards family dinners, thanks for all your thoughtful posts!
I have the kindle version, but would love to get my hands on a hardback! I am loving it!
I just found your blog, and I love it! Particularly the reality checks of actual family life and logistics. Refreshing.
Thanks for the chance!
One of my favorite sties. I made your Burrito Bowl recipe last night, once again…..
Would love to win a copy of your book!
I would love a copy of your book to give to a friend. In fact, I’m due one. 😉 I won a little contest on DALS back in July 2010 and never received my prize of your book. I visit your site several times a week and my family loves all of the recipes I’ve made.
I love your website and have been wanting a copy of your book for a while =)
Love your recipes! Love the book reviews, too.
This show makes me wish I had cable! I would also love a copy of your book……
is it totally pathetic that i got a little teary watching the promo for MCJ? I’m in for trouble when it premieres…
If I win your book I promise my wife I will make Tony’s steak.
I would love a copy of your book, I love your blog 🙂
Last week, I was devastated to see the last episode of this season of Master Chef (I’d be happy if no one won ever and I could just watch mystery box challenges and what Graham Eliot look up to the stars every time he tastes things).
Today… You bring me a new hope. I think I might actually have a shot at making it on this show. Except… I’m like 20 years too old.
I’m a college student and I make family dinner for myself and my roommates, and I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to have a copy of the book!!
I would so love a copy of your book!
Happy Weekend! Hope you get to enjoy some of the beautiful weather in store for Westchester this weekend. 🙂
Love your book, have browsed through it many times but I am not allowed to buy any more cookbooks 🙂
Would love to own it though!
I love your site and if I don’t win, I will be ordering soon!
I’ve had your book from the library for weeks- read it straight through! I would love to have a copy on hand.
Hoping to pull off your chicken pot pie for dinner tonight. Thanks for writing
I’d love a copy of your book. I just recently discovered this website, and I’m loving it.
Looking forward to this run of Masterchef too!
It’s on my Christmas wish list in Amazon, but I wouldn’t turn down an early gift. 🙂
Have a lovely weekend!
I check a lot of cookbooks out of our local library, but don’t buy very many. DALS is one of the few that is definitely worth owning!
I own the book, but would love to win a copy to give as a gift to my sister, who is about to have her first baby and will need the book then more than ever! 🙂
It’s shows like this that make me wish we had channels. Netflix is great for lots of things, but they never seem to have cooking shows beyond Cake Boss or something.
I love the Australian Masterchef Series-they also have a junior one!
I love the Australian Masterchef series-they also have a junior one
I love the Australian Masterchef series-they have a junior version as well.
I love your site and would love to get my hands on the book! have a great weekend!
What a great weekend present!
Always looking for new dinner ideas – this would be great!
Thanks for letting us know about Master Chef Junior – I didn’t know such a show existed? (I do believe I live under a rock.) Super excited about watching it! And thanks for your awesome giveaway – I love DALS!
I have the kindle version, but a physical copy would be awesome!
I’m making your pan-fried flounder for dinner tonight. I’d love a copy of the book!

Me, me, me, me, oh pick meeeee!!!!
I’d love to have a copy of your book! Thanks for the opportunity.
I would LOVE copy of this book! I’ve already put it on my Christmas list though, so if I don’t win, I guess I’ll just have to wait a few months.
I hadn’t even heard of that show, but now I might have to watch… My husband is not going to be too happy about it!
Thanks! I’d love a copy of the book.
I lOVE that you’re giving away a copy for no particular reason 🙂
We also love TV nights at our house….we get to watch something special and eat something really delicious.
Nothing would make my week more than a copy of your book!
This show looks super cute – thanks for the heads up :).
I am new to your site and recipes and I would LOVE to win a copy.
I still want your book. Library must be tired of me borrowing it. Happy Friday.
It is so fun to watch any kind of cooking show. I love your blog, and I would love to win/receive your book.
I would love to have a copy of the book, and the show looks like lots of fun.
neat concept for a show! no kids for me yet, but I love your blog nonetheless! would love to read your book.
Big fan of yours and of course cooking shows! I’m torn on the kids competition, its a lot of pressure for little souls. Chopped and all the like make me too anxious to enjoy watching, I don’t want to see kids dealing with that kind of stress.
Thanks for the giveaway! I would love to have your book!
Forgot about MasterChef Jr tonight until you reminded me! Excited to watch — and maybe win your book 🙂
I too bought the Kindle version but would love to have the real thing…
I would love to win your book! I’ve taken it out from the library and loved it so was hoping for a copy for Christmas!

Thank you for this opportunity! I’m a newer reader of your blog and would absolutely love to have your book!
I bought the kindle book, but a real copy is always better!!
If you saw what I made for dinner this week, you would know I need a copy of DALS.
I’m super excited about Master Chef Junior as well! And of course would love to win your book!
Gah! We’re excited about this show too! And a copy of your book would be wonderful!!!
I LOVE your book. I also discovered it at the library and would love my own copy.
Read your blog often. I would love a copy of your book!
I’d love to win!
Just found your blog and love it! I am a poor law student who focuses on eating delicious, healthy food so would love your book!!
Thanks for the giveaway – I’d love to have a copy of your book, as I avidly read your blog! I can always use new dinner ideas! 🙂
I would love a copy of your book!
I NEED THIS BOOK!
I haven’t been able to use your recipes much after we found out my son has multiple allergies, but I have a friend who NEEDS your cookbook, so I’d love to win.
It’s much better to splash sauces on a real live book than a Kindle. 🙂
Hope I win!
We are looking forward to that, too! I would of course love to win!!!
I must say, we’re not big tv watchers in these parts but this show does look fun! Thanks for the chance to win a personal copy of your lovely book!
I would love to have a copy of your book! I made the bbq pulled chicken for supper last night and was curious about the homemade sauce you mention in the recipe.
I look forward to when my daughter is old enough to particpate in a Friday night stromboli and television or movie event. I loved those family times, everyone piled on the couch, excited for the big show! Would love to read the book, and cook from it.
I have your book already (and LOVE it!) but I would be so happy to win and give it to my mom for her birthday!
Thanks for the reminder about the show and I’d love to have a copy of your book.
Have wanted this book for a while! Would love to win!
I would love to win a book! I love your blog and always cook dinner for my family every night, but I am in desperate need of inspiration!
Relatively new to the site, but I’ve been enjoying your posts and definitely believe in the DALS mission of family dinner. I would love a copy of your book!
My ten year old and I have borrowed your book from the library so often and we love preparing recipes out of it together for our family. We would love to have a permanent copy. Been reading your blog a long time now and love it!
It should be an exciting evening! I’ll have to watch it later. I haven’t commented before but I love your blog and have been looking forward to making some of your recipes for my new grad-school family!
Your book is at the top of my wishlist!!
Jenny– I work as a first grade teacher. I have two sons and have a husband who works late. I need to tell you that I REALLY need your book. Your recipes are easy to follow and delicious to eat. I make your minestrone (the best!) at least twice a month, just took your rosemary white bean salad to my mother’s house for a post funeral gathering, and am so excited to put the Mongolian stir fry into weekly rotation at our house. I talk about food all the time and would love to spread the word about your book up here in Portland, Maine. (I already talk about your website quite a bit.)
Would love to win a copy of your book! I’m a fairly new reader but have already tried a bunch of your recipes for dinner the past few weeks. Keep up the wonderful posts 🙂
Hey, thanks for the giveaway chance! I was having a less than stellar day, grousing about making dinner tonight and now, it doesn’t sound so bad…
Oh, pick me, please! I love my kindle version and would love to use it as a door prize for our Mothers & More open house to spread the word!!!
I would love a copy of the book! I really enjoyed it. We are also looking forward to Master Chef Jr. this evening.
Mmm, stromboli! We’re having corn chowder.
would love a copy!! need a copy!!
Reading about your commitment to family dinners has caused me regret for the years while working that I did not make this a priority in my own family. My children are now grown. BUT you have also made me realize that it’s never too late! I can still cook family meals with your recipes and mine and invite my adult children and grandchild for a delicious meal made with love. Thank you. Nancy
I love your book. It inspired me to keep track of all my dinners. Unfortunately it is on my Kindle. I really need the actual book!!
I’m so excited for that show!
I would love to have the book. I’ve recently come across your work and I’ve heard such great things and I’m itching to try the recipes.
Super excited for MC junior!
Would love love a copy! The kindle version just isn’t the same…
Thank you for all your passion towards what you do! I have been reading Real Simple & Bon Appetit for years and then I discovered your book. I really liked it -from the library. Would love a real copy. I have 6 year old twin girls who enjoy baking with our sitter and cooking with me on the weekends. Last week we made rice paper spring rolls right before you posted the 1/2 chicken question – you much be influencing me! Thank you!!!!
Kindle version is great but now I want the real deal!!!
Your blog is by far and away my favorite. I especially like the posts about deconstructing dinner. I would love to have a copy of your book.
I love your recipes! Thanks for making family dinner easy.
Love your website!
We would love, love to win this! I have been wanting a copy of your book for a long time. Our house is equally as excited about this show. My 6&7 year olds love master chef so when they saw this they flipped!
Love your blog and especially love the reading suggestions! I have a 9-year-old and an almost-7-year-old, and it’s great to hear what your girls recommend!
I enjoy cooking and reading recipes from the computer, but my cookbooks are most dear to my heart. I would love your book for my small and very well used collection.
Can you believe my local barnes and noble is out of your book? Crazy talk! I would love to win your book!
I enjoy reading your blog posts. Perhaps one if these days I’ll get onto writing my own dinner journal. I would love to read your book!
These are the times that I wish I had TV other than Netflix! Have a wonderful weekend.
Yay more cooking shows!
I’d love to win a copy!
I’ve never heard of this show, but it looks awesome!
Love your blog. Check it almost everyday (while at work…don’t tell) because it is like reading a story about my family. I laughed about the premier of MasterChef Junior because our family is so excited as well and set it up for DVR last week already.
I’m a huge Gordon Ramsey fan and I’m excited for the masterchef jr show. I also love your blog and I would love a copy of your book!
Oh, how I would love to win your cookbook. Thank you for writing it!
I’ve been seeing ads for this show pop up everywhere today!
I am moving into a new (to me) house with a gorgeous kitchen – and can’t wait to start cooking!!
How is it I have never heard of stromboli before? I know what’s for dinner tonight…
Loves DALS. Would love to share it with a colleague who is about to have her first child.
I would love a copy of your book!
I would love to win this book. I’m a new follower of your blog and I think dinner time is the most important time of the day. Thanks for the opportunity!
I’d love to win a copy of your cookbook! It is high on my wish list!
I’d love to share your book with my friend who is trying to get pregnant!
I would love a copy of your book, I contemplated the kindle version but that’s no fun for a cookbook!
can’t wait to watch that show! and would love a copy of your book!
love, love, love your cookbook. i’ve been cooking for a long time, am not timid in the kitchen, and still have found so many things to love in DALS. would love another book though because i may have gotten one with bum binding…. my pages are falling out in small sections 🙁
looking forward to your 2nd book also.
I would definitely love a copy to share with family.
I can’t wait to watch this; I love MasterChef, so a pint sized version seems even more awesome! A copy of your book would also be awesome. 🙂
just so you know, I love your book and almost made the meatballs this week again. will soon! hope you have a great weekend!
I’m super excited about the show too! My whole family loves Master Chef, and my 7 year old is going to be over the moon excited to see her peers in this version.
Enjoy your blog and recipes, and would love a copy of your book!
Not sure how I found your website/blog, but so happy I did! I was in a cooking rut and am now seeing the light after hearing how you “deconstruct” your meals. So much fun hearing how excited you get about preparing food for your family and a good reminder that the people you share a meal with is all that matters. Keep up the good work!
Oh, your book is on my wishlist! Thanks for the heads up about the show.
I would love to win, this is great!
I love your approach to cooking. I’m sure your cookbook is wonderful too!
I would love to win a copy of your cookbook. Thanks for the giveaway and for your delicious blog!
I just recently bought your book and love it! I laughed through the whole thing. I have made the apple gazette and – last night – the individual chicken pot pies. My kids absolutely devoured them and they were so easy to make. I am going to be giving your book to a couple of my friends – if I win this one, I think I’ll give it to my BFF. She can always use a laugh and some good inspiration. 🙂
Winning your cookbook would be great!
I’ve been scouring my library shelves for your book, but no luck so far!
I would love to win your book, I refer your site to all my friends already so I would love to be able to use the cookbook too.
I hope I’m the lucky one! How nice of you to have a just because giveaway!
I’ve bought your book as a gift for others but haven’t gifted it to myself yet… I’d love a copy!
I just found your site – via Cool Mom Picks – and I love it! I can’t wait to try some recipes here and would love the cookbook too, of course.
Your book is on my birthday list, but I’d love a copy before November!
Would love to win a copy to give to my mom for Christmas!
Ooo! I would love to be your lucky pick! I checked your book out from the library and have been making one recipe every night. I’m dreading Oct 8 when the book is due back. Love your blog, too. I visit it daily. 🙂
We will be adding this to our watch with the kids list as well.
Thanks for the giveaway, I would lOVE a copy.
I love your book and would love to give this as a gift to my foodie friend! MCJ looks awesome–make me an absolutely stunning entree, kids!
Pick me! Pick me!
I really enjoy your blog and would love a copy of your book!
I could definitely make room on my shelf for another cookbook 🙂
Love your blog and dinner ideas!
I just found your blog and am totally in love with how easy and accessible it makes dinner for a busy mom! I would HEART your book!
Would love my own copy of DALS. I have the Redmond, WA library’s copy right now, but soon I must surrender it. I am also thinking that the book would be an ideal present for many families I know… Thanks for all your great work!
i’m excited for this show and top chef new orleans!
I love your blog, would love your book. Happy Weekend! PS I really appreciate the love you show to tomato sandwiches.
I love your approach, keeping the focus on togetherness and commensality instead of some externalized notion of a meal’s perfection. You know the truth: a meal that brings us together is perfect, whatever its elements.
Can’t wait for the show tonite – my grandsons are good cooks. We would “share” your book!
Pick me!! 🙂
I’ve just discovered your blog and am eager to read the book!
I love free cookbooks! Free cookbooks for everybody!
I would love one! New fan. No kiddos. But enjoying it none the less!
I would love to own a copy of your book! And I’m excited a out Master Chef Jr. Too!
Love the site design and of course the content!
I would LOVE a copy of your cookbook!!
Going to make these stromboli tonight and I love your website. Thanks for making my night easier. Just DVRed Master Chef Jr for the family to watch this weekend.
Gotta get over to my DVR and program MCJ. My kids will flip! BTW, I’d flip for a copy of your book. Just sayin’. 🙂
A library copy of your book is sitting beside me right now and I’ve already picked some recipes to try before I have to return it. Love your writing and your blog, of course!
My family including my picky eaters would love a copy of your beautiful boook.
I can NOT wait! But, because I’m a nice mom, I’m going to wait until tomorrow to watch it with my son. Prime time tv is never a good thing to add to the bedtime routine 😉
fingers crossed!!! cant tell you how many times ive checked the book out of the library!
got your book from the library about a few months ago and LOVED it and I would love to have my own copy!
Love your site and all your recipes! Have a wonderful weekend 🙂
I would love to win!!!
It will be interesting to see how kids do on “reality” cooking shows.
I’d love a copy of your book!!!!
Love, love, love DALS! Your blog always makes my day!
I would love a copy. I read DALS daily – even when I’ve already read the post yesterday!
I love your site and tried to buy your book at the awesome bookstore at Chelsea Market, but they didn’t have it. Suddenly that bookstore wasn’t so awesome. 🙂
That is the ideal place for your book…give them a call.
I would love your book. I’ve checked it out at the library and its on my list of books to buy!
Thanks for all that you write! Knowing that other families who love food, and work, and have kids, can do it and keep coming up with exciting interesting meals is always inspiring!
I’ve checked out DALS from my local library so many times it would be so incredible to finally have my own copy…plus it would allow more library patrons the chance to check out the library’s copy! 🙂
We too are looking forward to tonight’s episode! Someone is going to be thrilled to win a copy of your amazing book. It’s on my wish list for Christmas.
I would love a copy! Thanks for the chance.
Winning a copy of the book would be great. I gave some copies away for Christmas (to great reviews!) and forgot to hold onto one for myself, which is sad. With the school year back in full swing, I think your recipes would be even handier to have around.
I checked your book out at the library and read through it quickly…such and enjoyable read! It has renewed my hope in our family dinner. Thank you! Yes I would LOVE to win a copy!
Love your book. Have been thinking I need a hard copy, too.
Love your blog, your story. Would love a copy of your book!
That show looks really cute! I assume the judges will be a bit kinder and gentler than they are on grown-up Master Chef!
My kids love to cook and love good food will have to watch the show.
Ah! I just discovered your blog thanks to my friends obsession with Refinery29 and I just love it. I’m vegetarian but your deconstructed ideas are easy modify for any tastes/restrictions/allergies and of course you have a ton of veggie receipes anyway! love it.
This would be a nice ending to a rough, rough week.
I’d love to win your book. I’m sure we’d love to watch the show, too, except that so far I’ve managed to convince the kids that our cable subscription only picks up the baseball games, Jeopardy, and the Oscars.
Hi! I’ve been a lurker here for just about a month. Really enjoying your site!!
I would love to win this. My copy is getting great use, and I think this would make a great gift for my friend Angie who loves to cook, and now has her boyfriend’s son to appease at the dinner table!
My son is 2 years old but he’s really into cooking already in his play kitchen!
That trailer definitely piqued my interest. But, seriously, no step stools? Poor little dudes! They seem unstoppable anyway.
I’m recovering from an injury at home and would love some recipe inspiration!
I love your web site, but I would probably give the book to my sister, who has two little kids and wasn’t the sibling who helped with dinner growing up!
I would love to win a copy!
I check your blog for new stuff a couple of times a week, and always find myself just checking in for ideas and inspiration! Love you guys!
I am blown away and jealous how good these kids can whip up a meal!
I’ve already bought your book, and I love it. I’m not leaving this comment for your book, but because it’s sad to see that it’s for the 48 state residents only. I live in Hawaii and most of the times shipping cost exactly the same through post office. But I see many websites not shipping to Hawaii. As your fan, it is disappointing to see we, the HI residents, are not even eligible to win a copy of your book.
I am making your pizza with my two other friends and their kids tomorrow. It’s delicious. I like this dough recipe more than the simpler version that requires an 18-hour rise. Yours is much easier to handle. Love it.
Aloha from your fan in Hawaii
Just bought the Kindle version of your book and I love reading it again! I checked it out of the library so I would love to win a copy.
Whew! In under the wire with just 2 minutes to spare. I’m a huge fan of DALS and my children are even bigger fans of many of meals:)
I’d love to win your book! I just recently discovered you guys and have become addicted to your recipes 🙂 I’m also addicted to Masterchef, so I’m excited about the little chefs too.
I completely got my husband hooked onto Masterchef so we’re both excited about the new series. And thanks for the giveaway!!
I already bought a copy, but I would love to share it with someone! Love, love, love your blog! If you want to do some southern meals, let me know! I was born and raised in Georgia and make a down home, delicious pecan pie!!!
Would love a copy of your book.
Oh my god, I don’t watch a lot of television, so I hadn’t heard of MC Junior. This is fantastic. And if it’s a mark of even people turning more and more to home cooking than there’s hope for America yet!
Pick me, please!
