Individually-packed salmon portions are my new best friend – I’ve been broiling or roasting them for our family once a week for about a month. Or more specifically, for my husband and me, since despite my best efforts at promoting “princess fish” to my princess-obsessed daughters, I can’t get them to each much of it. (More for me!)
